A legal disclaimer

All sales of services by Oak & Iron Builders are final. Due to the nature of our work, including custom planning, material procurement, and labor coordination, we do not offer refunds once a contract has been signed and work has commenced. In certain cases, if a project is canceled prior to material purchase or mobilization, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, less any administrative, consultation, or design fees incurred up to that point. Any deposits made toward design, permitting, or scheduling are non-refundable. By proceeding with our services, you agree to this refund policy in full.
